Our reporters have been incorporating exhibits, whether color photographs, hand drawings, sketches, or black-and-white exhibits, directly into the body of the transcript since 1997. Wherever depositions are taken, your transcripts can be converted locally to disk, formatted to the litigation support software program of your choice, or promptly transmitted from one city to another with e-transcript™ making it possible to review testimony minutes later. Once your transcripts are completed, they are archived on optical disk for fast retrieval in the event of a lost or damaged transcript. E-Mailing: We offer the convenience of e-mail transcripts which incorporate your exhibits in the body of the deposition. We can furnish you and your firm with your completed transcript even prior to the deposition being set in its final printed form at our offices. e-transcript™: We have the unique ability to provide you, your firm, and your client with an e-mail product known as e-transcript™. This is a self-contained executable program file that enables you to search for words via a built-in keyword index function and word index display. You have complete control over a print feature which allows you to print the condensed transcript, the entire transcript, the concordance (word index), or all of the above. *e-transcript™ is the wave of the future.
